篇名 工作倦怠階段理論在組織管理上之應用

中文摘要        對組織中工作倦怠現象之瞭解與觀察,是一九八○年代以來,組織學者、管理實務家及大眾傳播媒體關注的焦點,不僅是測量組織工作生活品質的重要指標,更是對個人工作經驗及組織診斷的方法;從積極面而言,具有提昇組織整體效能之正面意義,從消極面而言,防止組織成員工作倦怠現象之發生,具有避免組織衰敗之功能。本文旨在介紹工作倦怠階段理論 (Phase of Burnout), 用於觀察組織成員工作倦怠之比率與分佈情形,對組織管理者能提供適時之警訊,有助於組織成員工作生涯之延長及工作品質之提昇,進而維持組織高度之效能。
英文摘要        Since 1980, understandings and observations on organization people's burnout phenomena have been the concern focuses of organization scholars, management practicers and mass communication media. It is not only an important criterion to survey an organization's work quality, and is also a method to diagnose individual's work experience. It has the positive meaning of upgrading the whole organization's effectiveness and also has the function of prohibilitng organization from decaying. The objective of this paper is to incroduce the phase of burnout theory and to survey the burnout ratios and distribution situations of organization individuals. It can duly provide the administratorys with management alarms, and is conducive to the extension of organization individual's work career and to the upgrade of their work quality. Also, it can maintain the high effectiveness of organizations.
